Tennessee BBQ! I've never been, but some of my dad's family is from there, he was born in the south, and my dad and grandfather owned a BBQ business years ago, before I came into the world! I know what good BBQ tastes like since my family had me growing up on it, and I trust my dad and family completely when they say it's the best. Especially if there from or right near there! I'm hoping to go Tennessee next year! If you go, you've got to have some!

North Carolina BBQ is THE best and is eaten on a hamburger bun with coleslaw. Don't knock it if you haven't tried it. It's delicious.

Home made. The best kind of barbecue is cooked over charcoal. It is seared on both sides then allowed to smoke slowly. The best meat prepared this way is spare ribs.
