i have been assigned a project, to build a lander for an egg with minimal damage. Help anyone please?

are there physical limitations you have you meet?

Just think of the physics of it... the most gentle way to slow the egg's velocity... I'm thinking pillows/pillow batting-- like from a fabric store... maybe a hammock thing that will initially catch and slow the egg, then having the pillows underneath the hammock for secondary support.

When is it due?

Are you talking about an egg launch vehicle? To protect an egg when its either dropped or launched?

In my experience, wet toilet paper has always done the trick. I suggest considering that in your design.
