true practice does help.
There was a drill I did in middle school, best if done in full court.
2 defenders and 3 offensive players. Start at the far end of the court out of bounds. Have the the 3 offensive players line up spaced out side by side, with the ball in the hands of the person in the middle. Then one defender will guard the person with the ball, and the other defender will stand at half court until the other 2 offensive players run down the court.
when every one is in place, the 3 offensive players run down the court, person with the ball, trys to dribble in a straight line without looking at the ball and keep their head up. Once they near the 3-point line of their basket, the ball handler should pass either to the left or right hoping that the person recieving the ball can make the basket. Keep doing this untill you never lose or turn over the ball.
hope this help, good luck and keep practicing.

court vision comes to you after being an intelligent and experienced basketball player usually at the point guard position.
Most people usually naturally have good court vison. You only have bad court vision if you are a ball hog.

The best thing I can recomend for you is to know your team mates. You to know were your team mate is going so that you can pass him the ball. If you know your players and you know their tendencies it will make you a better player. You know that big men are going to flash into the lane and you know your shooters are going to sit around the perimiter. Its almoust like doing a little puzzle in your head. I dont know. Its hard for me to explain it.

always keep your eyes up whenever your doing anything. Any kind of passing or ball handling any part of basketball. Always keep your eyes up so that u can see all of the court.

I think you say it. Practice I think is the only real answer. The more you play and practice the better you will get. Simple.

This sounds dumb, but have people pitch tennis balls at you while you do passing drills.
