How do you make your passes sharp and quick, is it related to strength

well i've played since i was about 4 years old but i went to a camp one time where they had us sit in chairs about 4 feet away from the wall w/ an X on the wall and just keep tryen to hit the X as fast as u can in like 2 minutes or w/e... and it helps alot with quickness...

Yes, hit the weight room. work in your triceps and deltoids.
