Some UTI, bladder and kidney infection medications cause the unusual neon effect. Otherwise, it is your diet or perhaps you might not be getting enough water. Drink at least 5 cups a day to be fully hydrated.

Lucy is correct here. You need to drink lots of water and cut out alcohol. The kidneys sound overworked here - it's their job to filter out impurities and pass them into the urine for disposal. If the condition persists after you reduce the impurity intake (alcohol, coffee,tea etc) then you need to get your kidneys checked - a simple blood test will reveal abnormalities.
