Say same sex marriage is legalized then should we also legalize multiple person marriages as well. Say 2 women and 1 man, 2 men and 1 women, and so on.

Nope, because same sex marriages should not be legalized. What should be changed is the benefit issue, because men and women who live together for a lifetime get benefits, but gays and lesbians do not. I am heterosexual but do know gay people and therefore do understand the issues they face. The fact is that they do not get health benefits for their partners via work, they do not get pensions for their partners, they cannot get ANY benefits despite the fact that they do live together and they often stay together for a lifetime. So from the legal side it is unfair to them to not give them benefits. A lot of states have this law where they make it a "common law marriage" when a man and a woman live together for more than six weeks, and those partners are entitled to certain benefits under the law, but if they are gay or lesbian they get nothing. So a lot of gays do want to get their union legalized so that they can get the same benefits as heterosexual couples. So you see, it is not about being married, it is about the benefits and a change of the law by the legislation would take care of that without having to marry gays and lesbians off to each other.

I think that the reason same sex marriage is being legalized, is that there is a lot of scientific proof pointing toward the fact that gay people may very well be born that way. I've never heard of anyone being born with the overwhelming need to be married to multiple people. Of course, in the end, I say, to each his own...

You are all morons.
Why does same sex marriage automatically lead to orgy's and marrying goats, and marrying more than one person at a time. What is WRONG with you all? Do they teach you to be this narrow minded at school, or at bible college?

Gay people are PEOPLE, just like you, just like me - there shouldn't even be a discussion on whether they can marry each other - it should be a NATURAL RIGHT.

Senator dick Santorium said that if gay people can marry then men will want to marry dogs , this is his way of saying that his wife is a dog and he needs approval for his marriage

IF gay marriages are permitted than I see no argument against multiple spouses (male or female).

I am against gay marriage so I am praying we can stop it before it's too late. Just because it feels good, doesnt mean we should do it..........

Sure, I think that people should be allowed to marry who they want. After all, marriage is a commitment between people that love each other. I don't care if you are gay, straight, bi, multi-person, etc.
