...........only in bleeding disorders this could happen but in that case it is bruise which u can see on skin as not possible without breach of skin.........and in case of bleeding disorders it r the orifices of body frm where person can bleed mostly(like nose,mouth etc)if there is no skin damage.........

Well you can't bleed without a break in the skin, must have been a cut somewhere.
