In this election I would have to vote democratic pretty much across the board, I don't think I can stomach much more family values, Republican style. However if I had a couple of billion dollars in the bank I would be for the Republicans all the way.

Democrats all the way. I am working class and they represent my needs best. The Republicans represent the wealthy and the Corporations.

Democratic, 100%. Not because I am a Democrat or a liberal, but because that is the only way to get this megalomaniac administration under control.

Probably Democrat. But party doesn't always define the candidate. John McCain for instance.
It's your right to be able to vote however you want, but I choose not to vote if I don't know anything about the candidates, because I don't like being responsible for voting somebody into power and they end up being horrendous.

Straight Republican, as I have always. I don't want my taxes raised which Dems invariably do. I want the estate tax abolished so my daughter will inherit all I have worked for and already paid taxes on before. I want the Federal Income Tax abolished and replaced by a National Sales Tax so I don't have to keep records and spend two weeks filling out my tax return. I want a Personal Responsibility Society to replace the Entitlement State. I want Social Security privatized (mandatory IRAs).
While Republican Congressmen have spent out of control, Dems would spend twice as much. When Tipp O'Neil persuaded Geo Bush 41 to violate his promise not to raise taxes on the promise of Dems not to increase spending, taxes got raised and spending went up $1.53 for every dollar of tax increase.
I believe that we are in a War of Civilizations with Radical Islam. If "moderate" Islamics do not get control of their religion (ala, when Methodists, Presb.'s, Baptists, etc., put Pat Robertson down for his comments on Chavez--though in retrospect he may have been right), in 10 years the West will be facing a Radical Islamic Caliphate extending from the Sudan to Indonesia, armed with nukes, chemicals, and bio-warfare materials as well as this insanity about going to Paradise if they do us in). We are in a parallel situation to Germany in 1934-35 when Hitler could have been stopped at a relatively low cost (not then politically acceptable) and 10s of millions of lives and billions in property could have been save. General War with the Calipahte would result in hundreds of millions of casualties---as Barney Fife always said, "Nip it in the bud."
Libs and Dems naively believe that withdrawal from Iraq will defuse the situation with Islam; I believe it invigorates them--it shows them we have no Will to Win. When we offer constitutional procedural safeguards (e.g., Habeas Corpus---the truth is in Federal Court Habes are so rarely granted that its absurd to argue over this) to those the IslamaRads take it as "weakness" on our part. Libs seem to think that they'll get a pass on being killed or converted by IslamaRads because they stand up for IslamaRads here. Just consider that Libs favorite issues against Conservatives (gay rights, abortion, and women's rights) are the things Islam (even moderate versions) so abhor about the West. For these reasons, I support preemptive war against IslamaRads and Dems don't seem to want to fight anyone except Christian Conservative Republicans.
And those are just the highlights!!!
