You can try getacoder.com. This is a programmer auction site, but you can also hire non-programmers too. This place allows people & companies to hire other people & companies for computer-related work. You specify what you want and how much you want to pay, and people will offer you their services and put in a bid. You then select the best one out of the lot.

It is about impossible to find a company on the internet that will create a letterhead for you. They only want to print them for you.

There is alot of software that you will have to use your search engine to find say, "print letterhead", "print business cards", you will only come up with software that you must purchase and perform the task yourself.

My personal suggestion to you is if you reside in the United States, that you take it to a major copy place, like "Happy Copy", etc. etc. or to a large internet cafe, where the owner has alot of experience with computers and design.

Either one of these places can work with you to come up with a design of a letterhead that you will be happy with. (And the cost should not be very expensive).

Wish I could offer you more advise.

Best of luck to you and hope that you will come up with a good design with the ideas I have given you.
