I have Motorolla RAZR and I have located the voice recorder but there is no option to set as ring tone, and it doesn't appear in my sound file. I hate having to buy each ring tone and would MUCH rather just record them! So if you can record a sound and make it into a ring tone, HOW? Please post how. Thank you so much!

No you cant but you can go to motorola.com and buy a cable that will connect your phone to your computer and then transmit the songs u want right onto your phone.
I have tmobile too and the razr! I love it.

i do no longer understand approximately t-cellular, my razr is a V3C from Verizon, and that i've got performed this for all my acquaintances, so as that they tell me while they're calling. the only down area is, they're exceedingly quiet. i in basic terms found out the menu on mine is for verizon, so something I inform you likely won't artwork for yours. sorry.
