Ghostly Wonder
Are they real?
I don’t know.
At night I can hear them whisper my name.
I always hope it’s all a game.
Are they just a hoax? If not, are they here to help us?
Are they here to hurt us?
Why do they startle us?
Why do they make a chill go up our spine?
Why are their voices as sweet as a chime?
Why do they appear at night?
Why won’t they appear at daylight?
Were these souls once men?
Were these souls the left hand of evil?
Why will they not appear to us beings?
Are these spirits missing something in their life?
im in 6th grade and in this special class for young and gifted students(G.A.T.E.) and I was supposed to make three stanzas(paragraphs) So do you think this poem is good? Thanks.

Yes.
Standards are very low at the k12 level. I guess the point is that they tried, and this kind of effort will score very well. For a 6th grader, it's very nice.
I was in the GATE program myself when I was a kid, and I can assure you that no one in that program is "gifted." In the United States, we call people with nominal intelligence gifted. :(

This "poem" you communicate of is a mochery to the english language. i'm contained in the seventh grade and absolutely i wrote more effective perfect issues even as i became in fifth grade. you haven't nay imagery, all i see is rain thats what you're specializing in. Its not good for a reader to stroll far out of your writing in disgust!

Ghostly Wonder
The night wind echoes through the trees,
The daylight does what she may please.
I shake as chills roll up my spine,
Induced by fright, from time to time.
I wonder why I fear the night,
More than when there is daylight.
What could there be to make me fear,
The sounds of night; Caught by my ear?
Hallucinations show up in my feeble head,
A ghostly shape takes place in the window by my bed,
I see it clearly now and I feel distraught and dead,
Causing my feeble mind to fill itself with dread.
I wonder what they missed in life,
That causes them to rejoice in strife.
The night wind whispers through the trees,
The daylight comes and goes with ease.
I shake as chills roll down my spine,
From Ghostly Wonders; Spirits Divine.

it is good. Do these spirits tell you to do bad stuff? lol... no really, why would someone in the gifted community be asking the penut gallery for advice? you are gifted, but lack confidence. thats almost like neglect dude. consider advice when it is given.... otherwise you will ask and get some misleading guidance from an idiot... like me for example... ...

Yes! My sister just began 7th grade and SHE couldn't even write a poem that good! lol... but, yes, i think u deserve an A+ on this b/c it is a very well written poem!! Good job!

Yes, i think the poem is good but why did it end with a question. I think you should end with:
I dont know why they wont go.
Why they wont we will never know.
