i need it for halloween and also i want to know how to make it white

Pencil eyeliner works very well for making a mustache. I'm not sure if they have white eyeliner or not, but i'm sure there are places where you can check (a store that has a large selection of makeup).
I actually just made a fake mustache with eyeliner today. It turned out pretty well, people couldn't tell if it was real or fake. The only thing you have to worry about is making sure that it doesn't get smudged, but even then you can just touch it up and it should look fine.

Go to a fabric store and buy some long white fake fur, cut it to the right size and glue it on your face. Cut it from the back side and just clip the fabric with the point of your scissors, not the fur so the fur won't be choppy on the front.

you can get a cheap fake hair kit at most places that sell halloween costumes. it comes with a wad of fake hair that you cut to size, and special glue that won't hurt your face.
the best way to use it is to put it on the same way hair grows (down instead of across) and then trim it to shape afterwards. two thin layers work better than one thick one.
my girl friend did it one year, and it looked disturbingly realistic.
also, if they don't have white hair, just buy a can of white hair color spray, also available anywere halloween costumes are. and spray the fake hair with it.

go on your close by elegance grant shop and that they have got hair glue there. It in many cases is obtainable in a small bottle, is white like glue, yet dries sparkling. while removing the facial hair and the glue use some cleansing soap and water and if that would not artwork properly sufficient use quite of oil the place the glue is at. wish this facilitates!

get some evenly cut animal hair. glue it on 2 a little strip of paper. THAT ISN'T SO HARD!
