Someone who represents country in dealing with foreign governments. They need good typing and shorthand skills to remember what to say as usually they just parrot what the president tells them to say. It's easy and the pay is pretty good too.

Right now it is a woman named Condoleeza Rice who in her former job as head of the National Security Agency (NSA) was asleep at the switch while terrorists plotted to attack our country. Oh, and after they did, she lied about it. That's how she got promoted to Secretary of State.

At the state level it's where you get your Driver's Licenses and title's for all vehicles, motorized or not. At the Federal level it's the office this black bimbo with a gap in her teeth works to spread American diplomacy to other countries!!
