Hallmark is the best site. You will have to register but there is no charge and no credit card necessary.

yahoo! has SOME ok free 1s theres alot of cool 1s that cost money but u just look under it & it'll say FREE! & u can use those. sometimes u can find some pretty good 1s there. :) good luck
