i have Mark Bulger (@SD), Chad Pennington(@Cle) and Jake Delhomme (vs. DAL)

Bulger--just because he has multiple weapons in Holt, Jackson, Bruce.
Look at the "D" that Penn and Delhomme will go up against...I would expect Dallas to come out fired up, but you cant over look KJ and Smith for Delhomme. Penn goes against a pretty weak "D" but doesnt have too many big weapons..

Bulger and Delhomme. Bulger is a must start every week despite who he's up against. He's had over 110 QB passing rating in the last four games.
The hard part is choosing between Delhomme and Pennington, both who have subpar opponents. In this case I would go with Delhomme. The Jets are playing against the Browns who have a decent passing defense coupled with an abysmal running defense. Given Leon Washington's recent explosion, the Jets will maximize their running game.
Odds point to Delhomme grabbing more points. Plus he's got Steve Smith who's a stud.

Bulger definitely. Pennington and Delhomme is toss-up. Both are good choices. I'd probably go with Delhomme because he's got better receivers, even though he's going up against the better defense.

Pennington and Delhomme. Pennington because he has surprisingly played well, despite no strong arm and Delhomme because of the overrated Cowboys D. Expect Roy Williams to be burned on many plays.

I'm a Rams fan and I say don't start Bulger. San Diego's defense is really good and Rams O-Line isn't strong enough to stand up to San Diego this week.
