"Kill them with kindness" just means winning over someone who doesn't like you. You wear them down by being perpetually nice to them until they eventually come around. It works in some instances, most often when someone you've just met prejudges you. If you have a long history with the person, and have recently had a falling out, it doesn't work as well.

Well, i was set to answer in the affirmative, but with the question as to, 'in what sense do you mean kill?'
If you overburden a child, for example, with sweeping chemical substances that sanitise the surroundings so that the child never experiences a virus of some kind. Then, come the first virus and 'pow,' down goes said child and - may never rise again.
If you always catch the child as it falls, then, it's not going to have a sense of 'danger.'
If you always 'give into the child,' never 'correct' its behaviour, if it never competes and loses ....it's likely to become a bloody horrible individual who would suffer for the kindness's it's been given.

I never tried but i unintentionally did it. It isn't really killing, more like harm than kill. One could be so kind to a person, they could feel like they aren't worth the others time and feel depressed about how great the other is and how they aren't. Well that the only thing i could think oh right now. Good luck.

I have not heard it but you can kill with kindness if ou are helping someone. If their life is what Will destroy and sadden them than to help them than do it but first make sure it is their wish. If someone or some animal is in too much pain it is better to kill it. I haven't ever tried to kill a person before and i don't think I will plan too. My cat though was in too much pain and couldn't eat so I had to out her into sleep ( death).

I think you can. Hear me out.
If you have a husband who has been suffering from an illness and wants to end his life and not suffer anymore but is unable to do so alone, would it not be an act of kindness to help them end their suffering instead of watching them live a life of pain???? I know that the law in the UK does not allow this but i feel in is inhumane to watch people that you love suffer when their own personal wish is to die. I know many people will disagree with this and i apologise if i offend anyone but everyone is entitled to their opinion!

You can - obligate - with kindness. A person can be so indebted to you, that he may knock himself out, or run himself ragged, trying to return your generosity or kindness. It is possible a person could become so overextended trying to pay back kindness that his health would begin to suffer, and therefore begin to touch upon an affirmative response to your question. Isn't it interesting, however, that people generally will only allow someone to help them just so much, and then they will begin to discourage it. Do you suppose it is because they realize they will never be able to "pay it all back" somehow - ?

In the spirit of the expression no, but I think it's fun as hell trying.
In reality you could give a homeless man a piece of fish,, he could choke on one of the bones. So my answer is yes in reality ,& no in the spirit of the exspression.
