anytime i get my period in the past 6 months my cramps are so painful i almost cant move and feel sick to my stomach and sweat a lot. what could it be?

Here's some info on cramp relief. If you're using birth control then that should help to reduce the pain a lot too. If this is something that has just started, and your periods are normally pretty easy, then you may want to go to a Dr and have someone look at you.

This definitely isn't normal pms, it would be a good idea to get an ultrasound from a gynecologist to make sure that there are no cysts or other problems. I get ovarian cysts and they make pms basically unbearable at times, that could be your problem. If it is then sometimes birth control pills can help to shrink them.

Maybe it's endometriosis. My friend had the same thing and that's what the doctor told her she had. She already had all the children she wanted so the doctor lasered her uterus to stop her flow and now she has no more problems.

I would recommend seeing your gynecologist. I had a friend who had similar symptoms and she had endometriosis. I'm not saying that you do, and I think every woman and her period is different, but I would recommend seeing your doctor.

I would go see a doctor. I don't know how serious this is, but I would definitely go see a doctor ASAP.

You may have a cyst on your overy's does it hurt more on one side that the other?

I don't know how old you are, so, chekc with your p's on getting, or get, on the pill to alleviate this. It's hormonally surge.

get some water pills, my girlfirned uses theem like ruffies
however you can also prevent and swelling which occures during that time of the month, also water-pills can get rid of any un-nessary water weight as well and you can get diurex look it up on line
