I suppose that's up to you. No one's going to force you to try again, it's completely your choice. It's a good philosophy to follow, though.
If you never tried again, you'd never have learned to walk or bounce a ball, or talk or ride a bike. How else can you gain skill and experience?

Yeah,but sooner or later ya just gotta kick back, roll one up, and say"screw it"for a while anyway.The best thing about banging your head against the wall, is it feels real good when you stop.

Not necessarily, sometimes people fail because something is just not their thing. Only try again if you want to not because someone else wants you to.
