How do you make your passes sharp and quick, is it related to strength

Three words...practice,practice,and practice. No, it has nothing to do with strength.

practice pass-timing with your team mates, know what are their tendencies so you can anticipate their movements on the court. and use your arms,not just your flicking your wrist when you make a pass; soft passes often get deflected.

well,i think u need to have a strong wrist as well...im not really sure,but yeah,practice is the best solution. that's for sure. hahaha
