Many problems in the past. Currently it is a high limit switch on the Gas Furnace Burner.
It has a cap tube wrapped around the venturi tubes.

As a maintenance tech, You can get parts for them. Are you new to maintenance? I have been in this field for 23 years. I can get parts for them. What parts cant you get, Contactors, Capasitors? Explain the problem a lil more.

LOL @ Scary G, Thumbs down for u man

Note 1: You can get parts and units from the same place you order a ballcock or cleaning supplies

Note 2: You mean a Fan switch? Controls when the furnace is hot enough to let the fan come on, That way it doesnt just start and blow cold air or cut the fan off while the furnace is too hot

The company you work for should be able to purchase parts. I know of several property managing firms that have accounts open with the local Trane dealer.
There is also a local supplier (Lyon Conklin), which sells Trane equipment and parts to 15 ton.
A commercial property firm should be able to set up an account with one of them. They should sell to people such as yourself as well as the usual HVAC contractor.

This was a problem with GE, Frigidaire, where you can only get parts to fit from them, including the refrigerant. the repairmen found ways to refit other similar function parts and make them work. They even experimented till they came up with gasses of similar properties and forced these big companies to stantardise. In the field you have to drill and fasten parts like caps, relays, overload modules, etc.

If you take the time to prove you know what your doing by opening an account with them, then you can get parts.
But to be frank with you .I am the one that usually gets to come repair the machine that you had just "fixed". So grow up and do it right.
