I'm not quite sure what kind of costume party you're going to but you might wanna try SUKI. It's located along E. Rodriguez Avenue, Quezon City. Near welcome rotonda. They have a lot of costumes for rent.

There are stalls inside Baclaran (I think it's Lerma Bldg.) that allow you to rent gowns. They're cheap and can be nice costumes for a halloween party.

fyi, suki in e.rod, qc already closed.. i tried to go back there to check out the costumes but it was already closed..
