I think I would have to agree with electrical engineering. Here are two webpages that may give you some ideas. The first is the US government statistical data on wages by occupation and the second is a list of occupations with wages. Another high paying wage is computer science.

I'd recommend concentrating more on a degree in something you are interested in and want to do than to just look at how much a job may pay. There is nothing worse than having to get up every day and go to a job that you do not enjoy, and being paid well will not make up for this in the long run. You will find that in any field that you get into if you do the best job that you can, are reliable, and remain with your employer long term in most cases you will be rewarded for our efforts. Remember that whatever you decide to do, work will take up most of your waking hours. You will be much happier spending that time doing something that you like.
