You need to do your research on what you need to start that type of business. A friend of ours does that and has made great gains from it. He also said that he was thinking about using a section of the 200 000 square feet of warehous einto storage for paper , files etc for doctors, lawyers, hospitals and schools.

You need to start canvassing companies. I believe you are wanting to be a 'fulfillment' company.

Your building has to be close to that company or it won't be worth it for them.
