Try not to stress - stress is not good for either of you!
I'm pretty sure (i'm not a doctor but i'm sure i've read/heard it) that just because you had a m/c once means it will happen again - although it would be cause for anxiety this time around!

I don't know what sort of belief system you have but i personally believe that if you put negative vibes out there you attract negative actions - positive vibes attract positive actions. Try to be positive - stay calm (i know easier said than done) but just focus on passing "good" vibes through to your baby and have faith that things will be ok this time around. You are young and, since there is nothing saying otherwise i would assume healthy, just take care of yourself, physically and emotionally, and that will fitler through to baby! And i'm sure good things will come your way.

Best of luck - i'm sending through positive vibes to you and your baby. :)

Hi, I know what you're going through. I had a miscarriage last year and got pregnant six months later. I'm also 22. Just because you've had one miscarriage doesn't mean you'll have another. But that also won't stop you from worrying. I constanly worried during my first three months. Then after that every ache and cramp made me worry but the good news is I'm due in 3 weeks so just because you had a miscarriage doesn't mean you can't go on to have a normal healthy pregnancy. If you ever need anyone to talk to just email me at dixiefrogs@yahoo. Good luck.

I miscarried at 6 weeks. I am now 10 weeks along with this one. I had an ultrasound at 6 weeks with this one and the doctor said all is well and that the baby is healthy. Also, we heard the heartbeat. Once you can hear the heartbeat, (mine was an intravaginal ultrasound) there is only a 1-2 % chance of miscarrying. Try not to be worried about it, I know that is almost impossible, but worrying and stress is not good when you are pregnant...it only makes things worse. So Good Luck and best wishes!

I have done research on that myself. I found several pieces of literature that said just because you had a miscarriage once, doesn't necessarily increase your chances of having one again. This is of course assuming that you are healthy and it wasn't anything to do with genetics.

just make sure you find a good doctor in your area. it's important if you have insurance, and if you don't then you need to find a good full time or part time job with benefits, but i have heard that this woman had three and then she gave birth to a boy.
