Set out a specific time to study (like 4pm, 8pm) every day. Commit to spending a specific amount of time no matter what. I ususally say 10 minutes. Spend at least 10 minutes studying...and see where it takes you. All you have to do is just read (at the very least). At the end of 10 miutes, chances are you will find yourself into a mode where you wont want to stop. Try it and good luck. Remember, education isnt only important to getting a good grade to get into college to get a good job to make lots of money and retire early...it sets you off from the rest, the people who dont care about the things you do. It gives you self esteem and will cause you to realize that you CAN do anything you want...

Keep it up and do your best! Youll thank yourself later :)

Go to the library and read some books. Study in quiet places with not alot of light, just a little bit of light. Also, don't listen to music cause you could get distracted. Do not eat alot of food before you study cause you could throw up or something. When you go to study, you have to be non tired.

My favorite ways of memorizing vocabulary is using flash cards and using the words in conversations with your peers. Relating vocabulary words to everyday things during lunch time is really funny! Also flash cards are best when you have a friend to tell that you're wrong and make you pay (in pushups).

i kno the vocab...it seems pretty lame, but if u actually do it, its not all that lame..i made flash cards, and to remember wut it went with, i rhymed it with something that was similar...idk bout the other
but the studying thing, i always study for a lil bit, then i take a 30 min break and like eat a snack or watch tv then i go back to working, it gets me to concentrate more...

It is easier to remember things if you write them repetively. If you have a spelling test, write the word and the deffinition 15 times and you just might not forget it after its burned into your brain.

It may not be your thing but while you're a student it's your job.
