im just asking cuz all my friends and i agree to that she's not as pretty as the book discribes her and she needs a serious tan cuz it looks like an avalanche fell on her.

Yeah, she isn't really all that pretty. I've met some VERY BEAUTIFUL Chinese girls, and they look much nicer than she does. No offense, but the casting dudes aren't doing a very good job on Harry Potter stuff (except for herminone, Ron, Harry, and some of the other main characters) when it comes to looks.

I totally agree with the best answer. Cho Chang is supposed to be very pretty. That is why Harry did not care her personality. Check out Japanese actresses on web! Satomi Ishihara and Aya Ueto are pretty.

Why would someone need a tan if a whole bunch of snow fell on them...? Snow doesn't make your skin pale.
It doesn't matter if she's pretty or not, stop being a hater.

I wouldn't say she is hot or not, but I would say her acting talents are pretty okay. I've seen some Disney Adventure comics about her, when she was in her first Harry Potter movie ever.
