not a gift card.... thats just boring..... im 16 and hate gettin them... try some Hollister perfume or A&F perfume. if thats out of ur price range, i agree, go with the fun stuff and claires and icing (dangly earrings, necklaces, sunglasses....etc.) also, Forever 21 has some cool jewlry too

Visa Gift Card... #1 favorite of my teens, then it's Target, Walmart for movies, music, and some clothing and accessories
If u know the kind of bath & body scents... that is a great gift for a girly girl, Bath & Body Works has great stuff but can be pricey. Target usually has very nice stuff & it's fairly reasonable.
I've got 16 yrs old right now... they luv either Visa gift card or Target or Walmart gift cards. My DD luvs Aeropostale, Gap and American Eagle too. So I do the Visa gift card so she can shop whereever the Visa sign is displayed or Target . And I'm picky on what the card color or pic on it. That with a special 16 card is more than enough. Or I've done their favorite plush stuff animal and tie on it's paw, neck the gift card/envelope.

To be very honest i don't think it matters, just make sure you give her a receipt because she will probably return it to get what she really wanted, so just plain cash would be the best gift, put it in a card with glitter to make it girly.

I think that she's old enough where you can just give her money and let her buy what she wants.
Unless she already has a part-time job, buying her own things also shows her the value of money.
Of course, you can always just ask her what she wants........

You should get her some make up, nail pollish maybe even hair roller wait and SHOES !!! Those are very important to a girl even a girly girl

A gift card to the mall, hair accessories, a bath set (Bath and Body Works lotion, bubble bath, loofah; Victoria's Secret lotion/perfume, etc.), a CD, clothes if you know her size/style, etc. You can always ask your best friend for ideas.
