T-Mobile, and it absolutely SUCKS.
I have never ever had a problem with them, and I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for atleast 4 years. Well, that means NOTHING to them.
What happened was I went to the store to get a new contract with my mom. We originally had two seperate plans, each the 19.99 plans. So we had barely any minutes, which was fine for us. Anyway I went in to get a new phone, RAZR, the day before I left for college. Now the whole point of going in was to upgrade our contracts since they had expired in May. This was Sept. We decided to get the 1000 minute family plan for the two of us. The guy there said that the contract was done and he just needed to make a phone call and it would start on Monday. Great! Well we get the bill, it was EIGHT HUNDRED AND SIXTY TWO DOLLARS. Yes, that's right. I have never went over my minutes in my life and either has my mom. They never updated our new contracts so every minute I spent on the phone was .49 cents! We got this bill 2 weeks ago and they are refused to pay it! The guy said that we never did the contract because we never signed anything, well they never ASKED us to sign anything! He is lying and now because he won't confess his mistake we have to pay this outrageous cell phone bill when it is HIS fault. My mom called the other day and the manager was SO rude and he said, "Hold on, I have actual customers in the store I need to worry about." So what are we, not real customers?! The district manager is the same way, and I'm praying the regional manager is better. The whole company is like this, they ONLY care about you signing up and once you sign up, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. The store manager even said it himself. They don't care about you once you sign up since they already got their money out of you. The phone was on sale for 49.99 with a new contract, and that is what I was charged. If we never got a new contract, then how come I got the phone at that price? I have the reciept to prove it.

Sorry for the little rant there, but I am just trying to get the message out there for people who are looking to get a new plan. I would HATE for someone else to have to go through what we are going through with this horrible service. Thanks to anyone who actually made it this far. Any contract make sure you SIGN papers and have proof so you don't wind up paying a horrible bill! Good luck choosing a plan =)

I have a Kyocera Dorado phone and my service is called Cricket. I don't know what states Cricket is in, but they have it here in Nebraska, it's really great cause I get:

Unlimited anytime minutes to any phone number
Unlimited incoming calls from anybody
Unlimited long distance
Free unlimited text and picture messaging
Caller ID
Call Waiting
3-way Calling
all for $50 a month, every month.
Plus, for a little extra money I can surf the web from my phone, download games and ringtones. It's a good deal.

Sprint, but counting the days until the contract is over. Never again. Terrible in every way imaginable.
