Everyone keeps telling me to go to the doctor, I just had a sore throat and cough about 2 weeks ago, and now I just have a runny nose which started yesterday, if I go to the doctor would the doctor even give me anything? I thougth usually you should just rest, take medicine, and eat healthy or drink orange juice? or any medicine in the stores which will get rid of a cold fast?

I use Cold FX to kill a cold, you could try Echinacea or Vitamin C....

I eat protein....beef or chicken. My colds never last more than a day.
