No one is racist or anti-Islam for saying the name Hussein but whenever someone says a name is a derogatory way, it can come of as mean or even racist. For example, remember that Sr. Mix-a-lot song "Baby got back" in the beginning there are two "white" girls talking one says "Oh my God Becky..." well that can be considered racist, just as using the presidents middle name to shed doubt on his country of origin is racist, because if his name was Bartholomew James Obama no one would be would be screaming, texting, saying, or posting "JAMES" would they?

If you're talking about the originals I'd say Spanky when he was real young.
They had scenes with him barely able to walk. Very funny.
