well my friend said if someone has a modded xbox he can make a halo 2 cd that has mods and if i put in it my xbox i can have the mods...

I'm not sure on the mods and stuff cuz I don't yet own an x-box or a 360. But I do know they're some cheat sites online where u can download the mods and such.

You would have to copy the files onto your harddrive but it could work. Have fun being banned from xbox live.
