Olive oil is tricky because it gets everywhere. I recomment standing over a sink with a towel around your shirt with your hair up before trying this. Put it on a dry dirty face or a clean moist (NOT soaking wet face). Remove the olive oil about 3-5 mintues later. This process can take a long time so make sure to lightly use he oil, using too much can leave a greasy and dirty effect.

One of my best friends uses it on her face and she lightly towels off and then pours a little onto her hand about the size of a nickle rubs it into her hands and arms then lightly massages it into her face. She said it should look shimmery not shiny or slick. By the way she told me to tell you her age and then I'll tell you how old she looks. She is 59 but looks like she is in her early 40s about my age but I was shocked when I found out her real age. I've recently started using olive oil instead of lotion my skin is silky soft and no longer itches.

I've never used olive oil on my face before. If you really want to try it, I'd lightly put it on using a cotton ball.
