The final answer would of course rest in a judge's hands.
However, the separation of church and state is something that is usually misunderstood and even more frequently misrepresented. The constitution does not call for a clear separation. I won't go into what they actually were trying to avoid, but the wording is more along the lines of the government shall not show favor toward any religion.
Many schools such as yours rent their buildings out for all sorts of events, both secular and religious. Would it not be a worse thing if schools would not rent to religious groups?
The main thing is, it is open to all religions and is therefore not promoting any one religion. If it denied Jews, Muslims, or even any group claiming religious purposes and willing to pay the rent, they would be in violation.

It depends. There's a very thin line. You didn't specify if this would be during a school day, after school, or on a holiday when it's not a school day.
If the event is being held after school, when kids are obviously done with being there and aren't required to attend, it's perfectly legal. Same goes for during some sort of holiday or school break. It only breaks the separation of church and state when it's a program held during the school day, when kids are required by law to be there and are essentially a captive audience to the message being given.
So depending on the time of day(I'm assuming that your saying that no kids will be at school during this time, it'll be a holiday break or after school, but I'm covering my bases nonetheless, just in case), it may or may not be legal. That's the thin line of difference. It can't be done during a school day, but after school or during breaks is fine.

a lot of schools rent out space to churches over the weekend. I don't see any problems.
