Well I don't blame you since very few men have tiny weiners and those who do sure didn't get them from masturbation. And before you ask, masturbation won't make it bigger either.
Penis size is determined by genetics and overall health during puberty not by masturbation , sex or how often you wash it or display it for all to see. You will get what you get and unless you damage it or cut it off, it will reach it's maximum size as you reach adulthood and then it will stop growing.
And in case you are wondering the average adult male penis is right about 6 inches although anywhere from 3 to 9 is quite workable with practice.

once again, there are NO harmful side effects from masturbation, only good ones. because if it did indeed stunt growth then every penis would be like 3 inches long. haha but masturbation doesn't harm your vision, it doesnt stunt growth of any kind al though many people do believe this to be true...ITS NOT!!! lol. hope this helps! :D

Nope masturbation will not stunt penis growth. actually it can help it to grow. Its kind of like doing penis exercises. Not saying it will have a significant effect but can help a little.
