All at once my Benz starting shifting hard ! Checked fluid and it's ok and at proper level. Any answers ? Sounds like its trying to tear rear end out. More pronounced on first upshift than others.

The shift problems could be a vacumn hose/vacumn modulator @ transmission. The suppy vacumn from engine to modulator is suspect too! Sometimes shift issues could be related to drivetrain. Check Drivetrain "flex" joints, front and rear of driveshaft and check shaft's center bearing support! Good luck!

a vacuum leak to the vacuum modulator or a none working modulator can cause your problem. So can a misadjusted throttle valve linkage for the transmission
