Call a local bridal shop or ask around to people who may have had wedding dresses custom made. Try calling or visiting a craft store such as Michaels or Joanns Fabrics and they probably have a seweing teacher who is also a seamstress or can refer you to one . Check to see if they have a referral board there as well. Also try tailoring shops and some Dry Cleaning stores have seamstresses too or can refer you!
