What country was first to have a nuclear power plant?

The US had and used the first atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. It was developed for us by Jewish scientists who had escaped from Nazi Germany, otherwise the Germans might have had it first. I think we probably had the first nuclear power plant, I'm not sure of this, but it seems logical. We are the only country to have used atomic weapons on the enemy. No one has used nuclear weapons.
