I've noticed recently that my left pectoral muscle is bigger and more developed than my right. Im right handed, i do crunches basically every night about 40 and some occasional pushups along with playing tennis close to everyday.

this is quite normal in many men or boy's. One side is bigger, even for girls. You have some options....you can just continue to work out and let it be or, if it is really bothering you..you can see a Dr. about making them look the same.....plastic surgery is quite common to correct this.....hope this helps....good luck.... ;)

maybe it is the arm you are using during tennis. it might be stronger the the other because of more usage
