whats the meaning of suffix:..................
when it is on the application form of the collage?

umm you spelled college wrong




and the suffixes would go on the end of your name as in Freddy Jr. or george III (the third)

Those suffix like JR, III is added to name to distinguish the person from the another who came from the same family tree.

My dad's name has Jr on his name because my grandad's name is the same as my dad. If they baptized me with the same name then I will use the III suffix. And so forth...

Some father like to pass their name on to their son. To avoid confusion they add Jr after the name so it is easy for people. If the same name is used again for the next generation, since Jr is already taken, they have to call the next one III, or IV, or V... it goes on and on like that. I don't know why they do it, really.
