you may say that paris just was born rich: this does not cover what she does with her money. a "brat" is not defined on how much money she has: but how she spends her money and how she acts. True, she couldn't help being born rich, but it's the fact that she's such a ***** that gets me. and that's what makes her a brat.

i think shes not...she earned her money by being her dads daughter so yes she is allowed to just blow it however she wants. How would u like it if someone called u a spoiled brat cause u had money and spent it however u want? Huh? Its her money she can spend it how she chooses. Get over it!
