None of the Halloween movies are real. The first Halloween movie was written and directed by John Carpenter and the rest of the series was based on his story of a babysitter who is terrorized by a killer who we later come to find out is her brother. Excellent movie!

I'm not sure about what you mentioned in your question but if you are looking for eerie events that actually took place then you might look up the Blair Witch Chronicles ,,,,,,,, Very interesting ,,,,, They also have an actual documentary on it ,,,,,,,
