at first when we started dating everything was perfect.i loved his personality.. we were online dateing.then i came down to New York to come see him and it was amazing.everything was perfect.
when i came back he started acting a little differently.. he gets really dramatic when we have tiny fights and we bring it past the point where it should normally end... we end up saying things like "i hate you" and "we shouldnt really be together anymore" but i know its just all the madness that makes you say things like that because you jsut want to hurt the other person because he/she hurted you.. also i feel like he deosnt care so much for me.. my feelings.. when i tell him something is wrong or if i am really upset about something, he gets offended and only hurts me more by throwing negative comments about me,
how can i make him respect me more? and appreciate being with me? He is a great guy when we arent fighting.. but i just want to know how to make him respect me more and feel for me.ty

maybe you should just try sitting him down and talking to him, and telling him how you feel and try not to get into a fight during this.

Its time for some really serious thinking here about where both of you really want to go. It sounds to me like this relationship has lost something and neither wants to admit it. There is no way for someone to get another person to respect them no matter what. Your relation shows alot of negativity, much more than normal, whci is not a good sign that this relationship will survive, but I suspect you already know that, but are hoping someone out here has a magic potion to make everything all better, but we dont. So figure out what you exactly want, with whom and go for it. Sorry but I really dont think this relationship is the one for you. Move on and good luck

Hunny get rid of him. He's turned psycho and dramatic on you. Two things that just dont mix. IT'S NOT WORTH ALL THAT DRAMA FOR AN ONLINE RELATIONSHIP. You will always feel like your giving when he's taking taking taking all your energy out. With all the drama you cant even have makeup sex (well online sex) is it worth it. Move on.
JUST TELL HIM YOU FEEL DRAINED AND DONT WANT TO HAVE A DRAMATIC RELATIONSHIP THAT DOESNT GIVE BACK AND DOESNT FEEL RIGHT.

You can not make someone respect you more. He either does or he doesn't. If he doesn't appreciate being with you , why give him your time, your love, and your self? There are many men in this world that are looking for what you are looking for. Don't bother with someone who isn't. if its this bad now,,,,think of what it will look like when you're married.

It's not you. He may have something to good for him and it's eating at him. There must be some issue he can't deal with that he isn't telling you. Talking to him may not work. Play hard to get to see if he chases.

i dont think so u can teach him anything, u cant change anybody. but r u sure that u wanna be with someone who doesnt respect you in any way?? and say all those hurtfull words when he is mad....? think about, is it worth it? its just the beginning, and it can get worst. u probably deserve someone better than this

have a rele honest conversation. ask him "scary" questions. let them start of silly- like wats ur favorite animal and y? and then move to like "wats ur fav thing bout me" and "wat do u get by dating me"
if its not ment to b, questions like taht will tell u. this is how my last bf and i fixed up our realtionship
