hey i need some choaching for what to do in my school for the guys im like timid and shy but once i get one its worth it for both of us but its not very often i get a guys attention please give me something i can do to get the guys attention.Thanx

Well just open up more, don't be so shy. And just be yourself. I know that everyone says that and you don't want to believe it but it really is the only advice that other people can give you. Try talking to guys, even if you're not friends with them. Build up friendships with people that you never thought you could. Just GO FOR IT. You know?
