Sorry no Arabic, but;

BA - Bachelor of Arts
BSc - Bachelor of Science
these 2 are university degrees.
MA - Master of Arts
PhD - Doctorate of Philosophy
These two are post-graduate degrees (ie after achieving a degree)
HND Higher National Diploma - Scottish equivalent to A Levels

TEFL - Teaching English as a Foreign Language (also, TESL meaning Second Language, and both can have an A at the end, for Abroad). TOEFL may be the same. A qualification for teaching.

I think RSA used to be a typing exam, also in schools for 5-10 year olds it can mean Reading Seeing Answerring, and is a form of teaching. Not 100% sure though.

UETESOL is University Entrance Test in English for Speakers of Other Languages (a test to check your English skills are good enough to understand university lectures), you may also come across this one, though it is not on your list.

Hope this is of help, Salaam Alecum.

Steve got almost all of them.

TOEFL is the Test of English as a Foreign Language. This is a test for non-native speakers of English. It is often used to make decisions about whether non-native speakers should be admitted to English-speaking universities.
