presidents of 2 clubs(French Club last year) and (European Club this year) + 50 hours of community service, 150 Volunteer hours(includes TA) no sports but in jazz band. So is that good??

Take an SAT Prep class then retake it. Your score needs a bit of help.

The only thing you may worry about is the SAT score. A 940 isn't very high in my opinion when getting into a large school like that, they become pretty selective and I'd like to think you'd need around a 1100 at least. The writing score really doesn't hold much value although I'm sure it could help some. You have other great credentials that may boost your appeal- try listing any activities you do outside of school also: church, clubs, hobbies.
