Jim Webb, definately. Webb is a navy veteran, who served as Secretary of the Navy under the Reagan Administration. He later wrote several books and produced a major motion picture, all military related. He is now entering politics again because he is unhappy with the incompetence of the Bush military strategy, and the Bush yes-man who represents him in the Senate. George Allen is nothing more than a racist idiot who votes however Bush tells him.

Read the facts - make up your own mind. Don't listen to the lies and vitriol espoused by people with no evidence to back it up.

Abortion
Webb - ProAbortion
Allen - ProLife

Balanced Budget Amendment
Webb - Opposed
Allen - sponsored SJ Res31 to create an amendment to the Constitution for a balanced budget (important for those libs out there who claim all Republicans are reckless spenders in these past 6 years)

Protecting the Flag
Webb - Opposed
Allen - sponsored SJ Res 12 to create an amendment to prohibit physical descretion of the flag

Health Care
Webb - Opposes Health Savings Accounts, Opposes Small Business Health Plan Pooling; Supports Universal Health Care run by the Government
Allen - Supports increasing the individual contribution limit for HSAs, Supports establishing Small Business Health Plans, sponsored S1706 to allow people to use their 401K to pay for long term health insurance

Immigration
Webb - Supports Ammensty for Illegal Aliens
Allen - Opposes Ammensty for Illegal Aliens; voted (HR6061) in favor of securing our borders with a fence, supported increasing the amount of permanent fencing and barriers, supported preventing felons and those committing three misdimeanors and illegal aliens who overstay deportation order from becoming citizens of the US, supported requiring the Dept of Labor to attest that no American is able to take a job before a guest worker is eligible for a green card, supported establishing English as the national language, opposed illegal aliens from drawing Social Security benefits for work performed while they were illegal, and supported codifying President Bush's call for National Guardsmen to backup border patrol surveillance and operations.

Gay Marriage
Webb - Support civil unions, opposes Virginia's Marriage Amendment
Allen - Sponsored SJ Res 1in support of a federal marriage amendment; Supports Virginia ballot initiative #1 to define a marriage between one man and one woman

Right-to-Work
Webb - supports increased unionization
Allen - Sponsored S370 The National Right-to-Work Act to eliminate compulsory unionization

Taxes
Webb - Opposes making tax cuts and relief permanent
Allen - Voted for the Tax Relief Packages in 2001 and 2003

The source I referenced is from George Allen's web site - but he doesn't distort Webb's position - there is no need to - he uses Webb's own words in the source.
