Home insurance is the same. Auto insurance goes down. Married people have less accidents according to statistics. Probably because they tend to not go out anymore. (Trust me on this one - it's true. ;)

Yes. After I got married (to a man), all of our insurance went down. When I got divorced, my insurance went back up.

Yes, it does. The ins companies feel you're more responsible and will be more mature so they don't have to worry about the premiums or claims.

yes most of the time they do..
i just got married and i just swiched everything over and things are better beals.. my auto is even cheeper and i got full cover.
