My GameCube can not read disks. When I put a disk into it it says "NO DISC." I have had it since it came out

I tried over 10 games
I blowed on the laser and the disck
no dust
i did not drop it

I would get a DVD cleaner. One that looks like a DVD with small brushes on the bottom put it in and run it through at least 2 times

Even if it has no dust it can still have stuff on it that you can not see and blowing dose not work the best on them.

If that fails then I am afraid it just burned out on ya

This happended to me to what probably happend is that someone touched the laser thing inside the gamecube and so it wont be able to read the disk anymore what you should do is return it to the store you got it in if you have warranty or try to get it fixed in the worse case throw it away completely and buy a new one.

Is it just for one disk?
Have your tired other games ?
Is there dust or dirt over the lazer ? Blow over the laser and see if that helps. Try unplug it and plug it back in once you done that.

If its not just the 1 disk and the lazer seems clean then its probably your lazer gone and your pobably better of buying a new one. (or preowned)

Did you drop the gamecube? I did that on accident and the same thing happened. No way to fix went to store

well, one thing you can do is drop it really hard, it fixed mine for about 10 seconds, then it fell apart

it may be scratched so find something 2 get rid of da scratches

get a new system, if you've had it since it came out your system is pretty old. xmas is coming, get and xbox or ps2 or 3.
