There are a few great culinary schools int he country but the closest one to Las Vegas is Johnson & Wales in Denver. They have other campuses around the country also. Another great school is the Culinary Institute of America, but they are only in NYC as far as I know.

My neighbor when to culianry school in pittsburg pa. He did great, he is now a pastry chief at some fancy restrant for the past 8 yrs

there is a culinary school in las vegas called le cordon bleu....
