Of course. An orgasm is the all over body feeling of ultimate ectasy. Your toes will curl, your stomach will feel tight, your temp. will rise, your vagina and nipples will become engorged and darken in color and then BOOM, you have had an orgasm. Then, there is another kind of orgasm in which your vagina will actually squirt a clear fluid, most women and some men are scared of it at first, they think it is urine, but it's not. Yes, considering they removed my uterus, etc. with cancer. It depends on the person-some people have greater vaginal orgasms/some mixed/some uterine orgasms.

Yep. It involves the gspot. Clitoral ones are more common though.
If you want to try to have the gspot one, it helps if the woman is on top.
